A patty is a flaky moon-shaped pastry that consists of a delicious warm filling. The most popular type of filling for patties is beef, but we also make patties with chicken, vegetable, shrimp, soya, callaloo, jerk chicken and jerk fish.

For your convenience, our patties are packaged in a variety of ways. You can purchase them frozen (unbaked), microwave-able (pre-baked), individually wrapped (for vending machines), and deli-style.
